DRAXENIL — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 1, 2026 — These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of draxenil.quest and all services provided under the DRAXENIL brand.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued access constitutes full acceptance of all current and future revisions.

DRAXENIL provides digital consulting, strategic development, design implementation, and related business solutions through draxenil.quest.

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in separate written agreements or proposals. DRAXENIL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion with reasonable notice.

  • Respect intellectual property rights of DRAXENIL.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing is outlined in official proposals or contracts. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payment schedules, deposits, and milestone structures must be fulfilled as agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional administrative fees.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and strategic nature of DRAXENIL services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined solely by the terms outlined in a signed agreement. No refunds are provided for completed deliverables or approved milestones.

6. Limitation of Liability

DRAXENIL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or services. Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

7. Termination

DRAXENIL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or reputational harm. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Certain provisions, including limitations of liability, shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in competent courts within the jurisdiction designated in the client agreement with DRAXENIL.
